Villa Azalee, an out-and-out space dedicated to MICE, is located in a very quiet area of our centuries-old garden and it is easily accessible from the hotel.
The historic building of the 19th century, is organized on two floors and has been renovated to meet today’s demanding standards.
All the 8 elegant meeting rooms, named as Greek goddesses and muses, boast abundance of natural light and are equipped with screen, WIFI connection, air-conditioning, flipcharts and telephone sockets with direct outside line.
On the patio in front of the Villa, during summer time, it is possible to organize coffee breaks and welcome receptions, facing the amazing “Ninfeo dei Continenti” overlooking the lake surrounded by a refined garden.
Minerva room can be reached walking through the elegant corridor enriched by crystal mirrors. This is the widest room of the villa, with sound system, and can be set up according to the client needs. A fascinating inner garden adorns the room.
Urania is the only meeting room that can be divided in two break outs with two separate entries. Three wide windows give a lot of natural light to the room.
The other 6 meeting rooms, of different sizes, are located on the first floor, with the exception of Tersicore room. Quietness and intimacy are the key qualities of these spaces, together with a beautiful view over the lake and the bloomed garden.
The banqueting hall can comfortably accommodate up to 180 people in one room.
The Camelia room can accommodate between 150 and 230 people depending on the seating arrangement.
The Gritti room is in the oldest part of the building, where the acoustics are guaranteed by thick stone walls and mosaic floors and high ceilings create a particularly atmospheric setting.
The Monte room is a bright room overlooking the Japanese garden to the rear of the hotel.
The Orchidea room is in the hotel basement, with direct access outside and to the hotel foyer.
The first of the three communicating rooms accessed through the glass door leading from the hall is named after the stucco medallions adorning the ceiling depicting images of ladies inspired by the paintings of Boucher...
The Magnolia Room communicates with the Damsels' Room (Salle des Dames) and can also be accessed directly via the outdoor terrace at garden level or via the corridor leading to the restaurant.
The Fireplace Room communicates with the Magnolia Room and follows naturally on from it.
