The Fireplace Room communicates with the Magnolia Room and follows naturally on from it.
Here we find the Venetian style in all its glory. Gold painted wooden wainscot pannelling decorated with flower garlands reaches a height of approximately 90 cm of the walls from the floor level, whilst above the fireplace hangs a delightful oil painting of a lady in the style of Boldini (a late nineteenth century painter).
The ambience calls to mind a charming alcove with a D'Annunzio style: Venetian Baroque mirrors and gold bronze wall sconces light up the walls upholstered in crimson damask fabric.
The large white marble fireplace engraved with hunting scenes lightens the mood and dominates the far end of the room as you look at it from the perspective of the Magnolia Room.
